Car won’t start anymore

So a little back story that might help, I’m not sure. Several weeks ago I went through some deep water with no issue at all. And this past Friday I had my resonator removed. Saturday my car needed a jump to start, and that continued a few times throughout Sunday, but after my jump the car was acting fine. This morning the car wouldn’t start and I tapped the gas pedal and it started up, but when I put it in gear it would not take any gas, and just crawled in first without any response. I turned it off and now cannot start it at all, even with a jump. My accessport is reading three codes
1. P060D ( brake switch correlation )

2. P0504 ( internal control module accelerator pedal position performance )

3. P2127 ( accelerator pedal sensor two out of range low )

I have no idea where to even start. I’m at work until 5, my car is home on the street so hopefully I can get some suggestions to figure something out.

How deep was the water? If it was 2’ or greater, it likely could have affected a lot of the electronics associated with those codes. Otherwise, likely unrelated.

Walk us through what the shop touched to remove the resonator.

it wasn't the puddle. I drove through a "lake" at about 40 mph about a week ago where my car floated for a sec before touching down. water came over the roof and down the side windows. my car is fine. yes it was an awesome psunami splash.

GL OP. it's likely just a clipped or loose connector.
