OK I had this problem with my Recaros...
Firstly if you bump the center console with the seat in the slightest it squeaks; this can be fixed by putting leather cleaner/polish on the center console and the side of the seat nearest the arm rest.
Secondly I thought I was going fucking insane, my Recaros squeaked anytime I moved, and it felt like they were not straight in the car, and they weren't:
Long story short my latches weren't engaging properly, only the right side seemed to connect. Basically get in, lift the lever to move it forwards and back then latch where you normally would, now put your foot down somewhere and just twist the everloving shit out of the bottom of the seat until you hear the other side latch. Thats what I did and if it doesn't work take it in- you should still be under warranty.
As for the reclining bit, its a huge PITA and I still don't think mine is right, but it could be the placebo effect and I just think something is wrong. What I do is lift the lever and slowly bring it back down while moving the seat- then when you can feel the pin almost touching the detents where it latches let it in and make sure the lever just drops down. What I mean is when you let go of the reclining lever it should go back to its lowest position, it takes time and I'm fairly sure mine isn't right still, I'm thinking I might take it in to get looked at at some point.
TLDR: Had a similar issue with my Recaros; Center console squeak was solved by a good coat of leather polish. As for seat squeak- figured out the latch wasn't engaging properly. My fix was to move the seat while twisting it until I got both latches to engage (made sure to hear two clicks when they locked in place)
