Creaking noise coming from car

So I’ve been getting this noise, almost sounds like plastic rubbing against something but I don’t know what. It only happens when I bump up to 3k rpms in the low gears, can anyone figure it out?

are you actually driving in the video or just revving the engine while stationary?
