Just checked my Pro Alloy core dimensions:
22.8" x 15" x 1.6" (Pretty big core size 536in)
But dimensions is very different from others on the market,
don't know if that is good or bad.
Dimensions looks more like the DHM race intercooler(24"x10.5"x3.5)[thumb]
But core size much smaller of course.

I don't think it will fit the US fiesta, i read that somewhere.

I'd would be in if you matched it with a nice bumper support.
Want to get weight off the front end. I am track guy and would like to take weight off the front end without having to take out my AC and cut apart the front end. Would need a flat tab to mount my oil cooler though. Would love to see you guys make some stuff for us track (road course) guys..

Considering we are the only ones on the market with a aftermarket crash bar I think we can do that!

I was thinking it wouldn't be that hard to extend some tabs to mount a stock location style intercooler up to the crash bar. Plus all that improved airflow behind the grill would be a huge help to us track guys. LMK and I'll be one of the first in line to buy one with intercooler.

I already have an intercooler, but I'd also be interested in an DHM crash bar that sheds weight and works with the OEM intercooler mounting provisions, air bag sensors, etc.

I'd be interested as well if I can has it in black, also what do you think the time frame would be for this to happen.

Does the race version require cutting of the bumper cover? If so, I would be very interested in this purely bolt-on option.

So stock mounting and location, no cutting or modification of any kind @ $475. DAM dam dam you are really making it hard to keep money in the wallet. And ya i'm interested. Would prefer it in black though but that is my preference. One thing I would also like is a kit of all new tbolts for all boost hoses.
Count me in Russ. And I can even pick it up local. :)
Cobb has a hard pipe kit, at $345. I've picked up MBRP's hotside charge pipe, just to get rid of the constrictions off the turbo. I just wish there was a kit that did the silicone tubes like Mountune, but less expensive.

I'd consider trying to be part of the GB, but I'm just starting to save towards an intercooler. I'm very happy to see another option at a much more friendly price. Was hoping you'd do something like this for those of us not quite wanting to go the huge intercooler route.
That would be a nice combo to offer

Ok guys I got an update! I am ordering material! I will be setting up a group buy in the next couple days over the weekend. I will have a options such at the Turbo out charge pipe and or the crash bar!
