So this was a full 3rd gear pull and look at those temps!!!

less than 5deg rise from intake air temp and only 12 above ambient!

How/What has everyone used to open up the grille?

i was using some 40 grit sand paper pads on a rotary tool but it was going to be a slow road and i didn't have the time so i put everything back together for now until i decide what else i can use or have more time

Angle/Die-grinder with a sanding disc will take off material quickly, just have to be aware of heat buildup
