Diverter valve opening under part throttle

I was driving today and gave my car a little gas and the diverter and the diverter valve opened and closed a few times causing the car to shutter. I couldn't find any topics similar to mine and was wondering if anyone else ran into this problem.

You on stock DV with blow off valve adapter? Because mine used to do the same thing. Obviously I only noticed it because I could hear the air escaping to the atmosphere. This problem only happened to me very rarely. I now run a Turbosmart DV with no issues.

I'm running the stock dv, but I picked a gfb dv+ that I'm going to put on soon
