I'd be interested in a Delrin set. I'm in Canada though, will you ship to Canada?

Thanks.

Have done that with fox mustang. Not too sure about any benefit of it on an EPAS system. I understand the reasoning but think that new technology has mitigated the need or benefit.

Not a lot of people came back with their impressions, so:
I got the aluminum ones, and they're awesome. In absence of any other mods, steering feels like a good 90s car. They also seem to magnify/improve the effects of other mods: I've heard people not think highly of strut tower braces, so I never got one until recently. I notice a difference with it, and I suspect it's from the bushings.

NVH delta is negligible; certainly nothing that made me think twice. Do it.
Thanks, Alex!

Yeah I totally agree. I got the aluminum ones installed back in Mar this year (2021). Unfortunately got polyu front control arm bushings too at the same time, so couldn't say it was only the steering that did it, but really loved the notable improvement in response and sharper steering. Made the car feel more like an evo to me. Really no noticeable difference in ride quality or NVH or whatever its called.

I think this mod doesn't get the love it deserves. Only con is that labor isn't cheap if you're not doing it yourself and that's why I did that along with the other bushings, lsd, clutch, alignment and corner balancing at the same time.

It seems like its still offered although stated 2-4 week wait time.
would definitely call these days to be sure with all the supply chain issues.

semi off topic but really liking this idea also from alex the machinist

This was a custom requested bolt pattern re-drill. It has both a 4x108, as well as a 4x100 bolt pattern drilled and threaded to M12-1.5. This is so the guy can drive his Fiesta ST to the track on his stock wheels, and then just move his screw-in studs over to 4x100 for the race wheels! I can do this service for anyone who would like it.

Ya I don’t believe he does those anymore. New hubs are really hard to get right now too.

He sells the jig so you can drill it yourself.

I just sold the jig I bought from him because I just decided not to do it. I have two sets of wheels and I don’t know if I need more.
