How to Resonator delete?

I have searched and maybe I am wrong but are there any videos on how to do a resonator delete on our ST's ?

Cut out the resonator and weld in a pie. Not quite a DIY unless you have a welder handy

Any muffler shop can do this for a small fee. Should be no more than 30 minutes work. Simple cut and weld job. $40 job for most shops I've seen in the past.
