As the post says, my new actuator doesn’t align. What am I supposed to do in this case? I’m not sure how to neutral the old one. I’ve tried changing the air direction but doesn’t put the old one to the arrow.

Had mine replaced at the dealer under warranty. No problem since.

When I replaced both the drivers and passenger side actuators they weren't lined up either but I just positioned the actuator until the teeth aligned and turned the door with it till the screw holes lined up. If that makes any sense.

Yeah, insert the white gear first and then rotate the body of the actuator into the right position.
