Hi all, just traded in my 1.0 for the car I really wanted -- a Tux Black '14 ST.

Anyone in Chicago? Looking for a really good mechanic to shake the car out. I've got 5 months left on warranty and want to see if anything needs done, confirm that the common clutch issues arent present (feels great to me, but wtf do I know.) After warranty expires I'm going to modify, so also need a local shop for that.

Car is to oooooo much fun.

I saw that -- Are they a shop in addition to a fabricator?

I was planning on calling them on Monday to see if they had a shop recommendation...

Thanks!

Boomba racing who is a vendor on here is in wood dale, il.

Hey all -- Boomba isn't doing any maintenance work at the moment -- Warm months, installing their stuff and tuning.

Any one have other suggestions for a Chicago area shop that knows STs well?

I want to give a mechanic who really knows these cars to do an inspection/test drive it since I've only got 4 and a half months on 3/36 left, and I don't entirely trust Ford service to alert me to any potential issues.

Maybe I'm being dumb.... Car drives *great* but I don't have too much of a baseline. I've only driven a small handful of FiSTs.
