Hey guys I’m hoping someone can help me here, I have a fault code coming up after a few kms of driving ( P0016 - Crankshaft Position - Camshaft Position Correlation Bank 1 Sensor 'A' ) I have replaced both cam sensors, the crank sensor and I have done the timing belt and tensioner . Does anyone have an idea why the fault
Keeps coming up?

Did the sensor internally fail? Then put oil into the harness connector? Mine did... Did you replace the sensors and clear the code too? A Lot of hard codes need to be manually cleared and will not go away on their own.

Thank you for responding! The sensor did fail, i tested it with a multi meter. I cleaned out the connector, replaced both sensors (intake and exhaust) and cleared the code with multiple diagnostic tools. It keeps coming back. Which diagnostic tool did you use and what brand was your new sensor? I put bremi sensors in.

Do you have a Cobb Accessport 3*? I use Fomoco sensors in everything! The only way.
I used a Launch diagnostic tool. There was a substantial amount of oil in the plug of the intake cam sensor, i have a feeling there is oil in the harness or something like that.

Mine did the same thing when I got my code p0016 too* my timing ended up being off and I got the timing belt replaced and that helped until the engine decided to let a piston out into the world 🌎
