P2282 trouble code after mods

Hey guys, I'm getting a P2282 trouble code after recently installing a turbosmart plumb back BOV and Damond motorsports catch can with VTA. I checked all the lines and hoses and they all seem to be OK. I haven't had a chance to get under the car since it's now snowing and 30 degrees in Ohio but I'm hoping to do some preliminary troubleshooting. I also plugged in my AP and watched some gauges and noticed my boost wouldn't go any higher than 14 psi or so. I'm on a stage 2 stratified tune so it should be around double that...

I'm thinking first I need to check the oil catch can VTA one way check valve as it's the most recent mod from about 2 weeks ago. I already verified that the catch can outlet valve was closed properly (and leaked oil all over my drive when I did it, it's amazing how much oil these pick up!). Could it possibly be that I need to adjust my BOV? Or possibly a leak at the reference adapter? I did pinch the vacuum hose to the BOV and noticed a change in pitch to the engine. Since I also am only getting 14 psi of boost, could it be a boost leak and mean I need to check all my intercooler piping? I upgraded the intercooler over the winter but had solid 26+ psi boost levels after doing it and I doubled up on clamps on the intercooler.

If nothing else I may switch back to the stock PCV hose and remove the catch can for a couple days to see if I can isolate that as the issue, since I can do that pretty quickly even if it's freezing outside. Thankfully I didn't swap to summer wheels yet this year... Any other ideas to look at?

The code means air leak between throttle body and intake valve. So the most likely culprit would be any hose clamps you disturbed installing the BOV.

Yeah I did loosen one of the hose clamps to install the BOV but that was 4 weeks ago. I'll certainly check all the hose clamps when I get underneath it but can't do that for at least a couple of days.

Check the tap on the intake manifold that runs to the bov. I actually picked up the whoosh brand before I installed my bov. I didnt like that the turbosmart adapter had that grub screw for the 2nd port.

If that hose is all good at both ends I'd look at that adapter and also check all the clamps on the catch can hoses.
