Parking light not working on RF headlight

So after I bought a pair of new headlights I noticed the parking light on my right front headlamp is not working. I decided to plug it into the left side headlamp harness and it worked there.

Yes, I checked the wiring and everything looks good as far as I can see. I'm not an electronics pro so I really don't know what else to check. Do any of you have any ideas on further troubleshooting or what else could be failing?
