Returning car to stock tune

Hi all. I am returning the car to stock to sell it. I have a full tank of gas with the E30 mix / E30 tune. Will that gas mix be safe to burn if I unmarry the accessport and run the stock tune? I don’t drive the car so it’ll be hard to burn through the tank before I sell. But it’s definitely an option if I need to do that.
