Squeaking Brakes Before the 1000km mark

Hey guys, so I recently picked up my FiST two weeks ago and am now closing in on the 1000kms mark, and I've noticed a fair bit of brake noise at lower speeds. Is this just a large amount of brake dust and requires more washing or a chemical coating or does this need to be addressed with the dealer and have them check the brakes themselves?

Does it disappear after you drive some distance? I found mine develop surface rust on the rotors if left alone a while. Few miles down the road everything is clear.

I've had noisy brakes from day one. Grumbly and squeaky. Have been in the saddle for more than a year with it. Have gotten used to it, and haven't had any ill effects except having to wash brake dust off a heckuva lot
