Stiff suspension on fiesta st

I was looking to fit some 16x9 wheels on my fiesta st and i dont want to destroy my fenders. So i was wondering whats the best way to stiffen the ride, I am on coilovers and i dont know if i can just take it apart and replace the spring and if so i have no idea how to adjust the rear.

Negative camber and pull/roll your fenders. Basically stance your car to fit wheels that wide.

Maybe run some 205/40/16s if you can find them. They'd be about an inch shorter.

Or run air suspension to lower your car but raise it when driving.

I just like the wide and low look and found the wheels i wanted for sale used cheap so i have to make them fit now
