Whats up guys, name is George. I have somewhat of a reputation (good!) over at club4g for getting things to work, and helping. I hope to bring that over to this platform as well. I own a 2009 Eclipse 2.4 auto. I love it to death, as did my wallet. Over 10k in upgrades and I'm still below 200 whp, and have yet to have time to devise a solution for the front sway bar end links to connect with the D2 Coilovers without constant tension.... Anyways!
I plan on getting a FiST here soon, after irma discounts a few of them for me. I know its going to be a 2017, and I've been looking at the platform laid out for you guys. Incredible - Eclipse platform is very lacking in parts, no competition among tuning, header choices, cold air's, a little for suspension I guess... but the community is full of whiny flashy camber kids, with the exception of a few. Plus with 10k I could definitely hit 300whp in the FiST! I have a GT25 laying around thats been rebuild with lines to boot. I'm debating on keeping the stock turbo on, and utilizing a sequential turbo setup.
I love the car, its going to be bitter sweet trading it in with the blood sweat and tears I've put in to this monstrosity. I've done every single bolt on you can to it, full custom exhaust, and a reflash. I also have a rockford p3 12" that hit 132 in the box I got it in that I will of course transfer over to the fist. Sucks I can't take my pioneer touchscreen... but hopefully sync 3 with android auto will be worth it. We'll find out when Irma blows over and I can get a test drive in.
