You can if you want to be 100% safe and go in with a feel good feeling . But they shouldnt be poking around in the ECU for a oil change but it wouldnt hurt to play it safe..

Unless you need the PCM update (TSB) performed.
You can leave it alone.

They said I will have a multi point inspection plus oil change. Not sure what that entails.

That involves kicking a few tires.[wink]

Honestly I wouldn't worry about it. The dealer is going to spend very minimal time looking over your car for the first oil change.

had my appointment today and didn't uninstall the accessport. The dealer said nothing about it! Thanks again for your advice.
