Its been a while since I've done a deep dive, but how is it that there has yet to be crank pulley upgrade options from brand's like ATI Super Damper or the SFI Fluid damper brands?

I was wondering the very same thing.

Even very early on in their production, the LS1 engines had at least THREE different companies producing these items.

Most of these aftermarket companies do not consider our EcoBoosts a 'performance' powerplant, I am guessing. [dunno]

Most likely because the crank pulley on the Fiesta is NOT keyed to the crankshaft. Which means that you have to use all of the special crank and cam locking tools with the crank set at perfectly TDC and locked in place BEFORE loosening anything. Once that is spot on perfect then you can loosen the belt tensioner and then the crank pulley. I will also note that the crank pulley will need a brand new crank bolt and diamond plated washer before mounting the new pulley.

Basically this not an easy swap and in addition because the timing belt is behind cover(s) it's a pretty pointless exercise for absolutely no gain at all.

We’re not so much talking about the process for removing a crank pulley, but I think the comment about our crankshafts not being keyed could come off as a liability concern for aftermarket companies and they just stay away from it. Considering my fiesta is at 110,000 miles— I was considering replacing the crank pulley and when I do my timing belt was hoping to upgrade.
