I just want to share this with you guys and everyone else. We have had some members say this or that but DHM works of data, math, and solid engineer principles!

Both cars are upgraded turbos, Both cars run withen 1psi of boost, both cars have the same intake, both cars have intake air temps within in 4deg's, and the difference is our DHM intercooler vs Cobb FMIC.

Again like i have said i have data on top of data. I just dont have all the time in the world so i share what i can when i can. Hope you enjoy!

Looks very impressive Russ!

Have you been able to measure what the overall pressure drop is across the new FMIC and establish an efficiency rating for your new FMIC yet? Would be interesting to see how this compares as well...

Also are you seeing any noticeable or measurable decreases in response due to size?

thanks!!

I need to take the time and do the math.

How every back to back logs for overall spool and 10% to WOT transitions at different RPM ranges show no measureable differences. This is with a stock turbo and rods EFR car.

thanks!

I noticed those charts posted where with two entirely different turbo setups (Peron vs GTX)...

That would be very much appreciated and help with our purchase decisions on deciding if its worthwhile to upgrade! ;)

IC and bumper just arrived, yeah!!!

It has been a wait for me, I was the first to order these but had Russ wait until he shipped the EFR turbo kit at the same time.

21.6 lb massive IC, the J-Line weighs around that installed, if not more depending on mounts and the you get to remove the stock crash sensor beam, save more weight and better air flow, combined with the bumper beam this whole package barely weighs more than stock IC and bumper, this is is a huge deal to us road racers and anybody wanting a well balanced handling car.

I have built many cars, some many more times what this car is costing, I know what great parts are and these are simply some of the best I have ever bought, no matter the cost, we are very lucky to have such quality and price points from DHM, thanks!!!

I am really sorry. I just have been flat out busy lol. My fab guy has been busy to but this week we are focused and will be finishing up the intercoolers. The bars are coated and in stock! The hardware kits are ready to go to. A little welding and we will be shipping. Like I said I am very sorry. I also am focusing on finding a shop and freeing up some time to spend making parts! (as I still have a 9-5)

Thank you guys for your support.

If one is going to go GTX kit is there a option for the BOV mount to be fabbed on to the IC ahead of time ? Or is not a good mount point as I think the FoST has theirs mounted someplace like that..

I've got a four day weekend coming up. Would be a perfect time to install my crash bar and open up the grill........
