It must be soooo nice to be able to do that (or spend 8 hours+ at a time with the car up on jack stands/ramps to swap in an aftermarket intercooler/radiator, do a brake job/bleeding, etc.) without looking over your shoulder for any HOA Gestapo agents itching to fine you BIG$$$ for working on your car in your very own driveway!! [wink] [thumb]
I can't bring myself to buy a house with an HOA attached. I understand the value of an HOA to some people, but hell if I'm going to pay that much money for Big Brother to monitor where I store my trash can or having to get yard ornaments pre-approved. :ROFLMAO:(n)

I'm currently in the market for a 3-4 bedroom house on 5-10acres(I don't wan't to see my neighbors if I can help it) with attached and detached garages. This choice was reaffirmed this morning when a Diesel truck with a loud exhaust went blasting by my place at 5:30am effectually waking me from a Zzzquil induced coma.

Same no HOA for me no way. I only have 1 acre 5 to 10 acres would be a dream preferably in the woods. My neighbor down the road is a diesel truck mechanic and leaves for work at 5:00 in the morning. I'm normally walking the dogs. His truck is loud but I'm okay with it. I have my cars, he has a truck, some have motorcycles I'm cool with all of it.

I just recently told my HOA to f off when they were asking for receipts for chimney and dryer vent cleaning. They were also looking to limit the amount of renters. While I see the benefits in less rentees, I told them to stay out of people's Financials. Never heard anything back.

IF I had any choice in the matter at all, (and the coin to do so) I would be out of here in less than a nanosecond, for the HOA bullshit, as well as other reasons. [wink]

Back on topic;
Did my October wash, and Collinite 845ing today, since it was nice and cloudy here, with no chance of rain, and the lawn service asswipes did not show up to weed wacker paint strip, and blow their shit all over the car as I was drying/waxing it. [wink]

Reckon its about time for an update! [thumb]

Did an oil change at 20,500 miles.

Then I went for a spirited drive(after getting the fresh oil up to operating temp) and stopped for breakfast with the FiST at my local favorite coffee shop called Method Coffee. [driving]

I recently picked up a very gently used OEM Ford FiST Car Cover from @Woods247 for a great deal, so this is my car's Halloween Costume for the year! :alien::geek:

Even more recently, I've been out of town for work on the East Coast for the past 10 days. When I walked into my office at work this morning, it looked like Christmas with all of the boxes waiting for me! :ROFLMAO:

First up, I picked up a PJ1 Air Filter cleaning kit to keep my ITG Foam Air Filter properly serviced.

The main reason for this, is I forgot to clean my ITG air filter in the last 7,000 miles.

I also picked up a spare stock turbo that was removed with only 3K miles for a deal that I couldn't say no to! I'm planning on keeping my car forever, so I'm starting to hoard parts for it while they're cheap and easy to find.

Also ordered a couple of goodies from @ron@whoosh that came in super quick! (y)

Whoosh Hot Side Intercooler Pipe:

Ethanol Test Kit since I just recently ordered an E40 Tune from Randy at Tunewerks:

As well as a Ford OEM Clear LED 3rd Brake Light and 2-pin eBay harnesses so that I can make my 3rd brake light relay flasher reversible. ;)

Ron was kind enough to throw a sticker and this banana flavored wafer into the box with the parts as always! :geek:

Oh, and to compliment the Whoosh Hot-Side Intercooler Pipe, I also picked up a set of Mountune Intercooler Hoses on eBay for a great deal! I thought I ordered them in black, but blue showed up, so blue it is! [poke]

Decided to give this 30mm Accelerator Pedal Spacer from Garageline a try to see if it makes heel-toe braking easier when I'm out canyon carving.

Lastly, my FiST Sweatshirt from Blipshift came in just as cold temps set in here in Prescott! :ROFLMAO:

Actually if you have a link to the sweaters like that I’d really appreciate it. I def need one. Is it custom made? Can we pick the color of the car?

^^^Sadly, all of blipshift's stuff is on a VERY limited time frame offering (like a week's time to order them).

They do usually cycle back around to offering them again, eventually.
Yup, I can't even find it on their site anymore! I think I ordered it with only 2 days left to buy, and that was over 3 weeks ago!

Damn, just missed it! Haha

I’ll keep an eye out from now on because *that hoodie is 👌🏽
I think my car is pretty fast. Certainly faster than most of the cars I've had, and of course it has a nice tune.
It's no drag racer. Watch any video of a FiST on a track, and the fast cars smoke it on the straights, but they don't get away in the corners.
It's quite nice on any twisty road, or any freeway going 80+.

Installed my Blendmount for the Uniden R7. Hardwiring it in and need to pick-up one of the fuse taps tomorrow. Prefer to use the wiper fuse instead of splicing into a cable, so I'll need to slightly modify my hardwire kit.

The Blendmount looks great and positions the R7 perfectly. Such a clean install this way and much easier than I thought it would be.
