4x100 Conversion

Has anyone done the 4x100 Conversion?

I'd like to do it, and was wondering what all I need.

1/2" drill bit, 4x108 to 4x100 jig, quality drill / drill press, anything else?
Am I supposed to do it on the car, or buy new hubs and do it with a drill press?
