In this section I will go into detail describing the kinds of basic bolton levels you can do to your Fiesta ST while retaining the stock turbo.

  1. Extremely Basic (~$50-$300): Drop-in filter or Intake system, increases air flow to the engine.
  2. Very Basic (~$750-$900): Intake + Exhaust, increases air flow to the engine.
  3. Basic (~$1500): Intake + Exhaust + Tune, this is my preferred level and takes advantage of the tuning for any added tweaks to the air/fuel ratio.
  4. Moderate (~$2000-$2200): Intake + Exhaust + Tune + Front Mounted Intercooler, this another preferred level that can add extra power just by allowing the engine to run cooler.
  5. Above Average (~$3000-$3500): Intake + Exhaust + Tune + Front Mounted Intercooler + Manifold, while most people won't get this far, adding a more free flowing manifold can greatly improve air flow which can free up even more horsepower.
