Blend Door or other problem?

Took the car on a trip this weekend and my AC refused to blow out of anything but my defrost vents. No clicking coming from the dash or anything like that. I had Ford fix the blend door under warranty at about 30k miles and I'm about to roll over 60k now. Do I have another blend door that has gone bad or is it something else? I know there is another actuator on the passenger side as well. Any input would be appreciated, thanks.

So you push all the directional air buttons (the fan speed button auto is no longer lit) and always on the windshield?
