I have a LG V20, LG V40 and a REVVL V+ 5G. Only the V20 will pair with Sync 3.0 on my 2016 FiST. I've pulled the fuse, reset Sync, deleted Sync from my phone, deleted my phone from Sync. It will connect and then disconnect and then Sync tells me the connection isn't stable. Anything else i can try that I'm not aware of?

Just spit balling here. Do you have the latest version of Sync?

I did the updates after the Reset, but still not working. Did a new search new and it appears to be an issue with Android 11, but my V40 only has Android 9.

Now that is very odd.

Try a different cable and/or the other USB port.

I totally forgot about this. Do you have a case/protector on your phones? When I had my Fiesta, I had a Mophie charge case on my S9. That case caused connection issues with the car.

I'll give that a shot, maybe the metal square in the case might be causing that issue.

We use new Nokia 5G phones running Android 11 and have no problem connecting to Sync 3. So I don't think it's an Android 11 thing.

Could it be that they are 5G phones? Just asking. My Samsung is about 5yrs old now!

This will hurt but you may have to factory reset the devices.

I had a recent Iphone update that tanked the bluetooth connection to my FiST. Called
Apple Customer Support and they suggested doing a full reset of the network connections. While it forced me into redoing all my Wifi connections that is a short list in my case and it solved the bluetooth problems.
