Took the fiesta for its first drive in 2025. Poor car was feeling neglected. Replaced the worn out mountune RMM with a CP-E and removed the coolerworx. Went back to the mountune short shifter and stock shifter assy that a forum member modified to reduce throw, similar to how the boomba shifter works. Waiting for a nice tall knob from Lathewerks since I tossed every stock fitting knob I had, then can get the car through its annual inspection before S280 install. Picked up a thermal exhaust to replace the GReddy that I’ll put on at the same time, hoping it’ll be quieter. Also decided I hate the gauge pod taking up my air vent because it renders the vent almost useless. Dizzy’s ethanol content gauge utilizes the same Continental sensor as the Innovate gauge, so grabbed one of Jason’s kits minus the sensor so I can get my vent back.

Shout out to @Fusion Works who’s machining some adapters for the S280 to run the stock coolant hard lines.

Unrelated, but I was amazed by this all original, one owner, never restored 40k mile GT500KR I saw at the beach.

Nice find, that's one clean looking original car.

So slow but it’s funny that this is about the same power it had when stock.

93 should be just shy of 300whp and E85 I asked tuner to cap it at 320whp. Technically could push it close to 400whp but I’m not going to do that on a stock bottom end or with 215 wide tires.

First revision on 93. Right around 23 psi @ 40% WGDC
should a tuned stock turbo car be pushing 100% WGDC to get 20psi in 3rd? just trying to speculate WHY my car feels like garbage all the time. already pressure and smoke tested charge system, no leaks. its either waste gate, boost solenoid, or turbo creating all the problems.

I've been have low boost issues too, I was honestly attributing it to high intake temps we have here in AZ cause I cant find a leak. I'm on dizzy stg2 91, but at 82% duty I'm only getting 20-21psi

my car does it through even the coldest times of winter, too. sluggish, rapid fluctuation of boost, low boost. car acts like it does boost by gear too. lol. thinking WG is bad

Sounds like wastegate or boost control solenoid. I’d check the solenoid before the wastegate - they’re known to malfunction and have the needle valve stick.
