The washer fluid reservoir is tucked inbetween two solid points. One is the frame that supports the bumper on the driver side. Based on your description there's a chance there will be some deformation to the frame that supports the front-end. Doesn't take much. Your standard auto repair won't want to mess with anything that has damage on that frame rail. Some vehicles there's a short section of frame that bolts on/off but the example I've seen, there was still deformation to the permanent section that doesn't bolt on/off. A welder that works well outside the normal boundaries and restores vehicles, may entertain the idea of cutting off an undamaged section of frame from a junkyard donor and reattaching to your vehicle.
I have mine apart now, replacing the steering rack after an Amazon contractor package truck hit it last year this time (and ran) while parked on the street. Been mostly parked as the torque vectoring and torque steer compensation make it difficult to impossible to drive anymore aggressively than a Grandma. My damage is primarily steering and suspension geometry. Barely been driven since then.

But seems like the actual frame is much higher up (blue beam). What's the black curve-y bit, just the bumper plastic? The transmission looks like its on the same level as the bottle, however...
