So, I believe I found engine oil leaking from the crankshaft sensor on the passenger side of the engine, and there is also engine oil leaking from near the bellhousing-to-block mating area. Possibly the rear main seal, but it's hard to determine based on the location, as it may be running down from further above the transmission area. Do you guys think it's worth the fix, or should I get rid of it? Mind you, it's a 2019 with about 80k miles. I've had it for about 3 years now. I've invested so much in mods and upgrades, and I'm also still making payments on it. I still owe about 14k. I really wanted to keep it as a project, as I had many plans but made the mistake of also having it as a daily driver. At this point im just discouraged and frustrated af

What you should do* Is de-grease the car of the oil. Go out and buy an UV reactive engine oil dye and and a UV Flashlight and get to tracing!

Throwing away a six your old vehicle with only 80k because it has a little incontinence sounds extreme. Granted there are risks when even a trustworthy and competent mechanic dives into it that far.

Maybe if it were a design flaw that would keep reoccurring but this is not a problem that we've read about with the 1.6L EcoBoost over the decade+ here.

If the issue doesn't significantly affect oil level, safety, you might consider using an engine diaper.
