So, I believe I found engine oil leaking from the crankshaft sensor on the passenger side of the engine, and there is also engine oil leaking from near the bellhousing-to-block mating area. Possibly the rear main seal, but it's hard to determine based on the location, as it may be running down from further above the transmission area. Do you guys think it's worth the fix, or should I get rid of it? Mind you, it's a 2019 with about 80k miles. I've had it for about 3 years now. I've invested so much in mods and upgrades, and I'm also still making payments on it. I still owe about 14k. I really wanted to keep it as a project, as I had many plans but made the mistake of also having it as a daily driver. At this point im just discouraged and frustrated af

Fix it until it’s more expensive than replacing it. With that much owed compared to the car’s value, it’s highly unlikely that getting rid of it makes financial sense.

You owe $14k on your loan. You will be lucky to get $5k on a trade-in if it has an oil leak, so let's say that's a $9k difference.

Whatever is wrong with the car will not cost $9k to fix.

Fix it.
