Possible boost Leak Please Help

I’ve had my 2016 Fiesta ST for about 2 years now, it came with a very cool BOV, just put a Cobb tuner in, running the OTS stage 2, I have the ram v2 Cold air intake from whoosh, also got whoosh v3 intercooler installed with full mishimoto charge pipes and fitment silicone hoses that came with the kit. Installed everything and there was a small noise from second gear up, but only when I really got into the throttle, I’d hit about 18 psi and I’d hear a high pitch whistle, sounds like when u have a ballon full of air and take the hole and pinch down and pull it apart. It makes that high pitch squealing noise. No noticeable loss of power, not that I could tell anyway but as long as I didn’t go to hard on the throttle there is no noise even at 10 psi. I tightened down all my clamps today after taking off my bumper to get to the intercooler and got everything put back together and now…. The noise is worse. I leave for the beach tomorrow so hopefully it’ll be ight. Please help if u know what’s up with thing.

If all clamps are aligned and tight, time to check elsewhere. BOV tight? Mechanical BOV? If so, check the boost reference line for it.

I experienced that after installing some intake parts. Turned out to be the evap harness. One of the clips came loose from the intake hose.

Thanks I’ll take a look in there, I did end up doing the FUFF fix on the evap harness so maybe something I did got knocked loose. Super weird tho, no lose of power and it’s only when I ready hit the gas and get like 20 psi

Thanks for the insight, I’ll have a look, never actually seen my BOV, it came with the car when I’d bought it so I don’t even know what kind it is or really how they work much less maintenance on one, YouTube’s gonna come in clutch, thanks again
