***Update***

Seibon needs someone local and has updated the incentives and is now willing to give 2 options now to get this done!

1) Customer comes in and allows us to use his/her car for 1-3 hours. We test fit the part and put the stock part back on. Customer does not need to buy anything. We are willing to pay $80 cash.

or...

2) Customer comes in and buys the item FOR 50% OFF of MSRP $800!... That's right no longer 15% off!.. 50% or ($400)! This would include a free basic install and even a free tshirt.

Crikey. Shocking that someone has not already snapped this up. Maybe ping the other forums as well?

I have an idea. Maybe the Seibon guys could ask to do an overnight "test drive" of a dealer car and test fit it, then put the stock hood back on. Hah.

I'll call tomorrow and see if they can do it, otherwise I can do a test fit in the new year.

Looking forward to seeing this thing on a ST. I'm not much of a CF guy, but it's cool to see new crap coming out for these cars. [rockon]

Agree...we should have plenty of pics soon of the hood fitted along with other close up details....

I would probably have the hood painted...

That's really bad.
I was planning to go Monday morning but I haven't been able to contact anyone because of the holidays.
That is why I posted earlier on 12/31/14, what time do they open on Monday.

http://www.fiestastforum.com/forum/threads/3539-Anyone-is-local-to-Seibon-SoCal-Test-fitter-needed

The price was updated on 12/30/14
I sent them an email also but no response.

Now I am upset.

My plan was to get this done and surprise all of you.

Sorry to hear Dave...try not get too bummed out but someone beat you to it...

I know Ryan shot me an email yesterday afternoon telling me he "finally" received a call from someone willing have Seibon do the fitment & install and purchase the hood...He's been waiting for someone to respond and I assume he jumped on the first offer he received to do so...

Did you call and leave a message with Ryan or send the email directly to Ryan?

Dave
The only thing I would suggest is send Ryan an email and let him know if the other guy fails to show up you'll do it...
