Subtle clicking behind passenger glove box

Subtle clicking, happens about every 5-10 seconds, only when ignition is on. Any ideas on what this could be? I made sure all connections and fuses weren’t loose. No codes being shown.

Also it doesn’t happen when I change or turn on A/C. Just when the ignition is on. UPDATE IM STUPID I ACCIDENTALLY HAD THE REAR WIPER ON THE ENTIRE TIME (i have a rear wiper delete).

You must have some GREAT hearing to be able to hear that relay activating with the engine running!!
