yeah it was. I asked my tuner about it and he said the RPM spiked momentarily in the log so that is what caused it.
You probably spun. Get some good tires.

I did some more logs on smoother roads and it has not happened again so I think that's what it was.
Add boost and afr to your vdyno graphs as well for the future.

So I filled up with my first tank of E85 in the fiesta today. The base tune is dumping wayyy too much fuel right now so I couldn't get past 3,500 RPM but check out what the torque is doing! I have a 93 octane log posted up next to it for comparison purposes. 335 WTQ at 3,400 RPM in 3rd gear!

This thing is going to rip here pretty soon:

EDIT: I think this was wheel spin after subsequent logs.

How's the spool up on the s280? It's a huge contender in my book for turbos. Actually it's higher on my list then whoosh two hybrids. Big concern for me is I want close to stock spool.

Look at the vdynos you can see the spool for yourself...

Revision D of E30 (only 11 degrees of timing @ 6k rpm)
Raw Virtual Dyno, No Dyno Jet 1.09 multiplier, no DA adjustments

DA was the following:

1585964649322.png

DynoJet # with no DA corrections: 331whp, 310 lb-ft
DynoJet # with DA correction: 368 whp, 345 lb-ft
VirtualDyno # with DA correction: 338 whp, 317 lb-ft [most accurate imo]

Datalog Link: https://datazap.me/u/jdub1990/s280-middle-tuning-e30-octane-da-5000-ft-tucson-az?log=0&data=6-9 &data=5-6-9

Cant wait to see some real timing :)

cool, I"m really thinking about getting a single port. Can you add Air Fuel to your logs?

Who's doing your tuning if you don't mind me asking. I'd be more then happy with that specially with no aux fuel.
