Put the car into snow mode since the temps won't be going back to the nice, warm stuff we had in December :D Threw on some replica Fit hubcaps I had left from my Hyundai :D

A lot better ride with the 15s, but you can feel the tread and sidewalls twist in the turns, and they definitely can't handle full throttle w/ my Tune+ tune in 1st or 2nd even in the dry, so I may swap to the Cobb Stg 0 or 1 for the winter.

Installed rubber Ford ST mats. Installed F/R side window visors and ordered Mountune MP215 upgrade. Have an appt to have it installed next Friday. In other words I had fun! The mats were a Xmas present from my kids. The visors and MP215 were a gift to myself.

I finally got the tire marks off my front fender.

I have already received a check for all the repairs but it will still be another week before the car gets into the body shop to fix/paint the rear quarter.

Finally finished the black Friday / cyber Monday purchases...

  • Installed Redline goods leather shift boot and armrest. I added a single layer of shelf-liner padding to the armrest to give it some cushion and the cover still fit fine. The black NAPPA leather and Silver thread is a perfect match for my storm gray Recaro's. Very happy with the improved look and feel.
  • Also installed the Boomba Racing Fiesta ST Aluminum Shifter Base Bushings at the same time to eliminate getting into the console twice. Lost one of the white plastic things and 2 other locations did not appear to have them installed at all. Good news is that everything went back in secure even missing a few of those white plastic things. Along with the other Boomba parts installed 2 weeks ago, it seems to firm up the shifting just a bit more.

And why is this site so slow? Clicks take 5 to 10 seconds to process and this has been this way for a few months.

I installed my mishimoto thermostatic oil cooler kit today. Not a bad install and a very well thought out product. I can't wait to see how it helps on track.

Nice, finally got around to purchasing the Turbosmart boost gauge. Now to locate a mounting place and install.
Cheers mate. If your looking for a place to run the boost hose, there is a hole in the firewall just above where the bonnet cable is located. Hard to see, pull back the insulation and there should be a plastic plug.

I just ordered Husky mats. My buddy has these weatherbeater mats and I like how they form fit on the floor area, so I decided to get a set also.

Just dropped off my cay to have some scratches repaired.
They put me in a '16 Focus for a rental.
This thing is huge and like driving a boat.
