Pictures of wheels on cars attached to first post. Let me know what color you want so I can update the OP.

Ha I emailed 949 like 3 weeks ago asking about 4x108 and they said they had no plans! I guess we beat them down enough to give in, good job team!

Why no 7.5 love? A wide 205/50 on a 7.5 is a great option for a street driven car!

For the weight and price of these I'm super interested and also open to what ever the masses want in both width and color. I didn't see a poll on this post though, maybe not an option on mobil?

Open it in your browser.

I think I am wanting Beryllium now! I also wouldn't be opposed to 7.5, I'm actually thinking it would be a good middle ground!

Hope I can post this here. Might help people decide on what they look like on the FIST. Also, if you google the wheels, you'll notice the color they use have changed over the years, especially the bronze.

Mine are Tungsten 15x8 +36 on stock suspension. I'll have pics tomorrow of it lowered.

Tungsten isn't as dark as I was hoping. I think Beryllium is what I want now.

I realized the same exact thing. Maybe it's b/c of the lighting in your pic?

Seen here, Tungsten looks like a slightly darker nickel: https://www.flyinmiata.com/media/ca..._10152576511821631_689460271518428143_o_1.jpg

Also here for reference of Tungsten, looks pretty light: http://jacksonracing.com/product/17x9-949-racing-6ul-5x100/

Having a hard time finding pics of Beryllium... but hoping its kind of like a gunmetal? That's what I'm going for. We need to get our colors straight and then reset this poll or something [rofl]

Pictures are right but poll is off.

Beryllium is the gunmetal color I'm looking for.

I think Beryllium is one of their new colors, only a few weeks old. It'll be hard to find any examples. The Tungsten changes in the light. It's almost like a dark/deep chrome minus the tackiness. From what I remember I think Beryllium may be a lighter charcoal.

Very interested, as I will be buying tires soon anyway. I do not intend to lower the ride height at this time. Can we possibly get some more pics up of these 15/8 36 offset wheels, and some recommendations on tire sizing so as not to rub? I would like just change rolling stock, not re-engineer the car to get them to fit.

Looks like we already have 16 voters so I think we may get it done way sooner. :)

There are no current BBKs that will fit under 15" wheels except the one I DIY put together and it only fit two sets of 15x9's until I recently modified it to fit under 15x8 6UL. I have giving the info to Fastbrakes and another company may be looking into this as well, I know FB plans to start on a new design with different calipers for better clearance in by September I believe.

On thing to consider in the meantime is saving 10+lbs per corner will make a huge reduction in the load on the stock brakes, they will work better and last longer, exactly how much so I am not sure but a 25% reduction is a great improvement in rotational mass so I would estimate around that much less stress on the stock brakes.

Haha, well it's not on yet, but have a few things to try that worked on a friends car. :) but doesn't look like this is going anywhere fast and by the time it does get somewhere I bet Brian will have the BBK ready.
