Ebay manifolds

so, this looks slightly different than the commonly accepted ebay manifold. Anyone know anything about it or the design? If so, would it improve spool on a big turbo car?

That has always been a debate and no real Data other than Hearsay I've found on a lot of manifold logs or tubular setups.
