Warranty claim for clunking

Fist is at dealership second time now, showed the dealership the tsb for clunking 1st to 2nd, waiting on approval from ford hotline because my fist is a 17 and not a 16. Seems like if it’s one year difference and it’s same exact problem then the fix is pretty clear cut. Car only has 1500 miles. We’ll see how it goes

Replace front drive shafts , ford didn’t approve it...stuck with the clunk

Yeah mine does this clunk when shifting aswell but from what I heard it’s normal
