Ordered some Spec D lights from ron
Check out my thread on making a gasket to cover the hole in the back of them as Spec-d did NOT fashion a good gasket to cover the hole to keep water from getting in* been running mine for 2 years now moisture free! Enjoy!

After 6 years and 5 months, the Fiesta finally got a fresh repaint on the bumper, hood, fender panel, and mirror caps. All the freeway commute and spirited mountain driving put a lot of wear and tear on the paint. The Tuxedo Black Metallic paint really shines like it was brand new. Had them paint the explorer shark fin antenna and steering wheel button cover too.

PPF next for the Fiesta.

I did the install for the shark fin antenna and It looks so much cleaner. The steering wheel cover will go in once I receive the new steering wheel from SoCal Garageworks.

It wasn't cheap. Total was $2500 but my front bumper wasn't in the best condition. Some prep work needed to be done. The paint blend is really really good and I'm very happy. They also put three layers of clear coat for the job and it shines like crazy. Now I have to do a little bit of paint correction on the old areas to remove swirls. I've work with the shop before when they fixed my rear bumper which was hit while parked at work .

Car was dropped off Monday. Prep work started on Tuesday and car was done Friday afternoon.

Changed my original transmission fluid to Ravenol MTF-2 75W-80 on Saturday. I added the full 2L.

I ordered it straight from Blauparts on the 14th and even with their shipping rate it was cheaper for 2L than Amazon. Shipping was quick too, and I got it on the 17th.

I haven't driven too much since Saturday, but shifting feels good.

Installed a whoosh symposer delete. If you're thinking of doing it buy a pair of angled needle nose makes the job so much easier. Also I've been having overheating issues for a few months now. It was a hundred degrees today in New Jersey and I remember reading a post about someone who put strips of foam above the radiator. So I went to Home Depot purchase some 3/8-in adhesive foam strip and placed it along the top strip of the radiator. Did a few highway pulls and drove around for about 30 minutes the highest temps I saw were about 200°. I'm actually amazed that this worked I was looking to spend $500 plus labor on a new radiator but fingers crossed this will do.

It is possible to buy that plastic wheel trim only at Tasca or any website?
I bought off eBay last year for $19.50 used from seller than sells used car parts. I haven't check if Tasca sells the trim and I don't have a SKU number since it was bought used.

Nice!
How many miles do you have since you changed the stock fluid? I have mine and need to get a day to do it. I’m about at 35k

The car hit 4,500 miles so I did an oil change, Ravenol 75w-80 MTF w/ magnetic drain plug, and Whoosh Motor mount. Shifting is so much better around town. I only did one full-throttle shift from 1-2 and it was smooth.

The hardest part was taking off the old oil filter. They must of had the biggest guy in the place screw in on.

I have Ravenol and I like it, haven’t had issues going into first gear like before. What mileage interval do you guys do the tranny fluid?

LOL, yeah, it is amazing that they do not crush the factory Motorcraft's can given how impossibly tight they hunker them down! [crazyeye]

I go for 'excessive overkill' as far as transaxle fluid goes, but I plan on doing 20K mile intervals or so.
(I'm @27K miles and I've already done this twice, the first time at ~5K miles with Motul Gear 300, the second at ~12K miles with the Ravenol MTF-2.)
