It is pretty tight to the bottom of the car. Still clears my Airtec hot side pipe with plenty of room. Compared to the whoosh 2 point bar there is quite a bit of clearance. I have only driven a couple miles to test it out, but it looks like i shouldn’t have any problems. I’m on swift springs and koni orange and would always hit or scrape with the old bar.

They are doing an early Black Friday sale, 20% off. I am going to order the other 4 point brace that goes behind this one and the trunk brace.
that's great to know. one of the main reasons I went with TB was thinking it offered more ground clearance compared to competitors like the pierce 4 or 6 pt. picked mine up last week but yet to install it.

Get crackin! I would recommend a small pry bar or big screw driver to wiggle the rear mount point of the control arm back in place. I wasn't expecting them to move that much. Other than that it was super easy and that wasn't hard just unexpected.

This past week, I did ebc grooved and dimpled front rotors with Porterfield R4s pads in the front. Also did techmax led in the low beams.

Nearing 40k, so I changed the oil (Red Line 5w 30 + Wix filter). I poured a few ounces of Sea Foam in the case and drove for ~30 minutes before the change. The oil was a lot darker than I expected (it was last changed at 35k). I'm glad that I previously installed a magnetic drain plug (Mountune) because it had a light coating of metal on it -- cheap insurance!

New spark plugs, catless DP from Whoosh and a Dizzy Stage 2 + E30 tune to replace MP215 I've been running for the last 70k miles. Not filled up and ran E30 yet but the stage 2 woke the car up nicely and feels great. Cant wait to empty the tank and fill with E30.

Mountune radiator sitting in the garage too lazy to install... whoosh crossover and turbo inlet on the way since I couldn't get the god forsaken intake manifold heat shield back in after DP install and want to get rid of the plastic bits back there.

Aren't the R4's a PURE track pad, at least near/like the Hawk DTC-60 level??

I had the week off so I took a drive to the mountains. The weather was perfect for boost: crisp and mid-50s.

Switched from Android to iPhone as well and the Carplay USB hub finally showed up too. Very simply installation, only took me about 5 minutes, and most of that time was spent prying the old hub out of the center armrest.

Here is the trim work to bumper fascia and lower lip ( lower grill delete ) .
Masking up area after line up of lines ... then final result .
Wanted to give FIST a slightly different look and looks pretty sick. Finished installing Dizzy tune stage 2 and getting ECU to learn . Will do a spark plug swap to dial it all in.
Finally got intercooler piping ( ordered on oct 28 ! ) and was almost gonna get my money back from waiting so damn long , but will get those done this weekend.

Did new right lower control arm. The ball joint on the old one had a puncture in it. Hopefully this solves my clunking issues.
Might need to do the same for my drivers side. I’ll inspect when I install new suspension later this month.
