Yeah the Vega kit is a bit much at times, my kid has totally cut is ankle on the aluminum diffuser🫤
Damn that sucks 🙁Always heard that joke. I wanted their rear splitter but ended up skipping it cuz of the price and didn't like how "attention seeking" it looked on the rear. Ended up just sanding the rear honeycomb out as other people have done on the forum. I'm more of an OEM plus look kinda guy. Although I still appreciate radical builds 😂

The sanded honeycomb looks great too! I don't feel the Vega diffuser is too attention grabbing but because it's aluminum, if you're not paying attention, it sucks to run into... That being said there is adjustment for mounting.

I have my kit painted flat black so it hides well I think

That does look pretty good! For my personal car a bit too much still. I'd probably go with just the little plastic wings you can glue on lol

Yeah velossi tech I think sells the diffuser fins... There are .stl files for them if you have a 3d printer

I can see it being a but much for some people, however it's my ode to '00 era mods lol I have an LED underglow I need to finish soldering the connections on...

Well I spent time looking around for a new spoiler as mine is broken at the mounts, I think the first owner had risers, but all the OEM replica looks cheap and I have to get it painted as well... So instead I'm opting to build my own carbon spoiler! I plan on using expanding foam to shape and build off the existing spoiler and then wrapping that in beautiful 3k...

However I severely underestimated the volume in a can of sealant and will have to purchase more to finish the buildup.

Anyways input in length and shape are welcome, I'm pretty much just winging it... Buh dun tiss View attachment 68432
Wing risers trashed two of my wings. I saw the light and ordered another and then fitted it with the Delta wing riser which hasn't moved a fraction in 2yrs! Solid as a rock!

Yeah the Delta riser is so clean looking, if this doesn't turn out like I want I'll be going back stock with a Delta

Today I installed four new Armstrong Blu-Trac HP 205/45-16 tires and some Quality Built front rotors and pads.
The tires replaced some of the ubiquitous Continental all seasons, one of which was defective and causing a constant roar going down the road.
The car now rolls smoothly and (relatively) quietly down the road. Too early to tell about grip or longevity from the tires, but so far they seem okay.

I have blue trac and have been really satisfied with their performance
