Will there be an option to forego the full polish for those who so desire??

(Those who want to do a full Black Glacier CeraKote instead.;) )

So, im assuming I would be able to get a new downpipe for my 360r kit so its 3" all the way through and v-bands from the turbo all the way back, correct? Also, optional quick swap dump pipe=yes [woot]

No they will all come that way. If you want them coated I could do that.

Well let's think about this for a min!

Borla $745
Cobb $745
Cp-e $850
Injen $754
Ford racing $899
Magnaflow $705
MBRP $620
Mishimoto $684
Mountune $754

Ours is a Full true 3", Full polished, back purged tig welded, load but no drone, and dual vbands for quick, easy and leak free install.

Our max cost like I said before will be $899

Yeah I dont blame you, by my rough estimating just the parts you have alone cost around $500ish before even making them into the system

Buy mandrel bending machine. Cuts cost and you can undersell everyone.

True, but have you seen what a 304 stainless capable (and I'm guessing an aluminum also as is the case with these systems) mandrel tubing bender CO$T$?!?!? [crazyeye]
There IS a reason why most even good exhaust shops do not have one.

It would take a LONG TIME to recoup THAT expense!!! [:(]

But, yes, there is labor time/cost then saved on less welds, and a slightly 'cleaner' looking finished product due to fewer welds (IF the welds bother you, and don't actually add to the beauty of the system in your eyes. ;) ).

No doubt they are pricey but it opens up a lot of different vehicles to produce exhaust systems for. My buddy bought a Mandrel bender for his shop. Pretty bad ass its bends stainless and everything else lol.

Where is the 2nd resonator going? In the back where the stock muffler went?

So what causes your system to have no drone? Since thats the typically placement of the muffler/resonators? Just because its 2 resonators vs a resonator and muffler or something else?

What style of Resonators are you using; louvered or perforated?
