It seems the Sport Tune team gets a lot of leeway to do what they want I guess. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ Wouldn't surprise me if the Explorer ST and other ST vehicles are the same way. They included the specialized parts in the cost of the vehicle. I also see different part numbers on what are visually the same part that are shared between vehicles. Many of the part number changes I suspect are just supplier-related and occur over time. Most recent example I've bumped into...

It undersold both in volume and then price due to an almost complete absence of investment in marketing. The dealers here were actively steering folks away from them.
Yeah, a while back I wanted to change my interior to red instead of that weird green color on some of the buttons. The green is specific to the ST, and I figured since the start/stop button was plug and play, the rest would be as well. Nope. The pins, PCBs, or both are different on every single version of, for example, the dimmer switch - the S, SE, ST, and Titanium all got different versions, so does the sedan and the hatch, and then the European cars have a totally different dashboard. Same with the headlight switch and the HVAC controls. Just stupid.
