Saturday I visited Westley from EMS to finish my tuning on the dyno for an S280 setup that was installed back in the spring.

I went from 348hp and 320tq with the finished remote tune, to 372hp and 332tq with the dyno tune. And most if not all of those gains are throughout at least half the powerband. I'll have a pic soon of the graph showing the difference of the 2 to compare.

2015 Fiesta ST 74k miles E50

A list of most of the performance related mods:
-TT S280 turbo w/ 14psi TS wastegate actuator
-Nostrum high pressure fuel pump and +60% Injectors
-Phul Performance low side fuel pump
-Milltek catted downpipe
-Milltek resonated catback
-Airtec Tubular Manifold
-DHM Race IC with Garrett core
-Intercooler mounted Tial BOV
-cpe intake with 9"x4" AEM filter
-57mm TB
-AEM 3.5 bar MAP sensor
-Bosch 4 Bar T-MAP Sensor
-Mountune radiator
-Focus ST coils
-Brisk Silver Racing RR12S spark plugs
-180 degree tstat
-MFactory LSD
-E50

Here are some other pics and vids from that day though. Had a ton of fun and really happy with the car and the tuning. Car looks and runs great! So much fun!

Edit: here's a link to a couple of the runs I uploaded to YouTube. Not sure the videos can be uploaded here to the site?

Not to drift too far off topic, but @fST what are those headlights?
They are the European FiST headlights that come on theirs from factory. I bought them a Ford Parts dealer I think called FordPartsUK back in 2016. I don't think they will ship to US anymore, if they even still sell them.

There's like a 200 page thread on them. (exaggeration)

Could take a flight over there and get them. 🤣 One other possibility that's actually feasible is, pay a UK / EU forum member who will in-turn buy and ship. I did something similar for a California member in a different forum. The seller he was acquiring a product from was unwilling to ship to CA.

Over the last two days I Added a couple more parts and my long awaited (been waiting for years to just get it) Delta Style wing raiser instead of some 3D printed ones I’ve had on the car since 2016. I also installed some nice under hood lights from Amazon. Can actually see when working at night now 😂. Just need to police up some wires. The whoosh trunk bar is super simple and takes up next to no space.

The risers are for style points, the Delta supports the wing better than the common spacers, and most importantly(in my opinion) it looks the best!

THIS^^^
Wing riser from Delta does look the best and makes the "more Aggressive" wing mod look more like a stock option while keeping it more secure.

And the hood struts are a pain but work so well.
although.. when having to take the headlight back out, it makes for a much trickier time getting it to seat back in.
I will be taking my bumper off in the next few days to add my final part that's on standby. Big mouth scoop and am dreading that process of taking off the bumper again. Especially since I likely will not be able to retouch up my crash bar paint until spring when I have to take it off again.

Mine has been one the car for about 2yrs now. It is SOLID with no movement at all! Well worth the money you spend on it!

You’ll get used to taking the bumper off. I used to hate it but after 10-15x on and off it’s become a non issue. Takes longer to jack up the car than get the bumper off. Don’t ask me how many screws I’ve lost into the wheel well…
