The 19 ST donor car driver side seat belt pretensioner was deployed so I need to use the one from the sedan. The problem is I am using the entire charcoal gray interior from the ST and all others use that light beige color for the upper panels and headliner. What followed was very frustration because I ended up with the seatbelt windup spring flying out and it took a long time to figure out how to reassemble it and make it work. Live and learn. 1650566343501.png 1650566373036.png

I really envy you guys who can do all this! I can take things apart, but the problem arises when I try and put the stuff together again!
I got so mad that at one point I nearly threw it all away. Trying to wind that damn greasy spring was impossible while holding it in my hand. The edges are very sharp so it was cutting me and kept unwinding. Finally I was able to put the mechanism into a vise and slowly push the spring in while holding something flat against it and alternate winding the seat belt drum. Once I had the belt installed to the wind up drum, I found that that I had the belt in backwards, doh! All this took over two hours.

Check the connections on the seatbelt. I bought one off a regular Fiesta and it didn't work for my 14 ST.

Your reply made me paranoid so I went back there and test fitted the 11 sedan driver side seatbelt pretensioner to the 19 ST harness and it fit. I don't know why yours did not. 1650573439208.png

That's weird but glad it fit! Now I have to double check why mine didn't fit...

Well crap, I just found a big difference. Not only does the ST cooling fan have a speed control module, the fan shroud is wider therefore, the radiators are different. It looks like if I install an ST radiator, it may block access to the 11 Sedan condenser line. If so, I will need the ST condenser and who knows what fitment issues will come from that. The saga continues. 1650634996970.png

A/C is overrated. Dump it. You can get a delete pulley and you can disable AC in Forscan.
