If someone wants to get really crafty and has a 3D printer. They could make one out of better plastic and sell them. Just saying....

Installed a Boomba 50/50 BOV adapter. A pain in the ass to install and a bit louder than I expected with 6 of the 9 holes plugged. Going to attempt to plug another hole or two without removing the thing. Or drive around a while pretending it's a '80s/'90's rally car before returning to stock. :ROFLMAO:

After several trips to the hardware store and much Dremeling the Depo Racing intercooler made it in and the Dizzy Stage 2 got loaded. The Whoosh hot side pipe is ready for to go in but fireworks and fun took precedent over that last few minutes needed to get that installed. Stage 2 is a noticeable upgrade over Stage 1. It's nowhere near the jump from stock to Stage 1 but I didn't expect it to be. Over all it was worth the extra time and money for me.

New spark plugs and an oil change. I'm trying out the NGK Ruthenium HX plugs to see if there's any difference. The 'ol butt dyno says there's a slight difference in power, but I'm waiting on results from the trip computer figuring that if my fuel economy goes up, that'll mean it's combusting more efficiently.

My but dyno was surprised after putting in a K&N Filter, every little bit helps.

I finalized the install of the Osram LED taillights today after work. With the insightful suggestion of a co-worker of mine I moved the heat sink to a spot on the inside of the unibody, instead of underneath the taillight housing. Maybe I can write something up about my experience installing them, tools and parts needed, if I find some time!

When they are turned on these are best looking when viewed head on, but get bright enough when the brake lights come on. The reverse lights are very bright, and the sequential indicator is cool too.

Looks awesome well done! Sequential indicators is my favorite feature of the Osrams.

Finally got around to installing my NGK one step colder plugs after they have been sitting for about 3 weeks lol. Loving the Dizzy Stage 2 can’t wait to go E30. Glad I picked up a thin walled 16mm spark plug socket makes life so much easier

Replaced both the blend door actuator and the mode door actuator. Considered driving to Dearborn afterwards to beat a few Ford engineers into a pulp.

Before and after... replaced the vinyl on the driver's side window trim. This was a total PITA and my fingers are still sore.

Also plastidipped my steering wheel trim. I'm planning on doing the vent rings to match too.

I hope this isnt a dumb question but did this require removal?

Yep, had to peel off the existing vinyl first... which is honestly the worst part of the job. I tried heat and it didn't seem to matter that much.
My fingers hurt because I kept using my nails to lift edges of the vinyl and then trying to peel it off. The problem is that it rips so easily and takes forever to take off.
Once it's off, it's easy to clean the surface for prep for the new vinyl. And then, as long as you've cut appropriate pieces, it's really not that bad to install.
Start on the center and make sure there are no bubbles. Cut and large excesses off and then use heat and a squeegee (I used a credit card wrapped in painters tape) to push the vinyl into the grooves.

I still need to do the passenger side, but since the vinyl there wasn't nearly as bad as the driver's side, I'm putting it off until it gets a little worse.

I installed Bilstein B8 shocks and Mountune Sport springs. Was far more of a pain in the ass than expected to install. I had to remove the rear shocks again after a test drive revealed an ear-piercing squeaking sound due to using the 13mm top nut supplied by Bilstein rather than the OEM 10mm.

About how much lower did it end up sitting than the factory setup?
